'Optimistique' a sound crew from the most Naturally Beautiful Island of the Caribbean called Dominica (a.k.a) The Nature Isle. The Sound Crew was formed by one of its members Mx Masta Dave in Dominica 2000 after 4 yrs of running with a previous sound crew (Impulse Sound). Mx Master Dave (aka) D.W.J has been around since 1996 along with his long time best friend Killah who was in the same crew with him "these guys grew up like brothers." After the Transition to the US the group merged with Jada Soundz adding 2 new members, First DJ Gregg who attended same college in Dominica as MMD & Killah, who was also their friend & classmate of MMD and Nyere who was a member of DJ Gregg's Jada Sound crew. Scott the Grey Eye bandit & our boy MC Jovin are also guys who help out when we need them in Atl. We have people who represent our click in Canada (Obie & the Henchmen crew), London (DJ Yaz), Dominica (Que & the boys) & St Thomas (DJ Pirate & the youngest DJ of all DJ Malcom). It has been almost two yrs we have been in the US working with one of the best promoters in Atl 'Krushmore' we have climbed the list to be one of the most improved & known sound crew in ATL also one of the most popular sound crew from Dominica in North America. Growing up between two french Island and listen to music from Barbados, Antigua, Trinidad, Jamaica, Virgin Island Most of our members spend some yrs in the USVI (St Thomas), Haiti, US, Africa and so on gives us a wide range of different cultures & music backgrounds. We can represent for any Island or country. We have our head on straight the sky is the limit together we can achieve any or everything we put our mind too.
